Review Time
This was my first time using IVisa, The team Juan, Maria, Henderson , Georgina , Liseth and please forgive if I left anyone left. The team was very helpful, attentive, friendly and quick to respond. I apply for me and my daughter my IVisa was delivered on time but my daughter was delivered today which I'???m very happy and thankful for helping with the hiccups in the last 5 days. This part of getting extra paperwork was stressful managing extra time and money. Notary can be cost if not planning. Which I'???ve been 4 times. Another part was that the app at beginning was easy but as you have to enter scanning photo and passport can be a hassle and frustrating after few tries. So I will suggest organizing all paperwork before enter the app after you pay for your application. Overall it was some work but do it ahead of your plan time 2 to 3 months before so if you need any extra paperwork for minor and need visit a notary you are not going here and there. Usually adults applications are fast. Overall I do recommend the Company. Thank you the team for all your help and support. I appreciate it and excited to go on the trip with my daughter. Thank you
Absolutely annoyed with these. I can't even put into words and process what this company have done. My children were travelling with the dad to his home country, my son who is a minor, we sent all relevant documents plus more and was to take 6 days, we are now on day 13 and now say they want a parent to apply for a visa along my son starting a new application process. They fly in 3 days. My eldest daughter 19. Has been such a long process, changed the est del date numerous times, and now 3 days before they fly says online that visa will be ready in 12 days.Avoid this place at all costs would not recommend them easier just to go through government.
