The application is relatively smooth and easy to use. I had some difficulties with the payment but the reason is because of my bank'???s ultra protection for online transactions. What is quite pleasing is the use of the camera. More efficient than I had expected and caught me off guard. Overall, a pleasant experience.
My husband and I received an email from ivisa advising us that Australian citizens now need a visa to enter Malaysia. I have since been advised by the Malaysian consulate that this is not correct. We paid $180 to ivisa. Scam beware. No ABN number on the so called receipt

Deceptive practice of charging a 90.00 fee for a 20.00 ETA application making you think you are applying directly with the government. Do not use this service and go directly to the government page. Their customer service is hard to work with and not helpful.
ImpressedI was sceptical at first after hearing about scams online for visas. It was expensive and I tried to do this myself to save cost. It was the cheapest that I found although it's 100$ I am paying 100'? ? instead as well as the service. If the government website was working correctly I would have done it myself and saved money.I was updated and informed all the way. I was told 6 days but I received it in a fews days after many alterations. I would recommend if you are having problems trying to organise your visa/s. Thank you
