Great straps for Fitbit Charge 5

Ordered straps for Charge 5 as a gift. Very pleased with quality of the stainless steel strap and the leather Charge 5 strap was as good as one ordered previously in a different colour. Unfortunately not a great deal of choice in the leather due to most of the colours now being out of stock. Hopefully this will change in the future.

Good price, new charger cable

Spare charger for my Fitbit - works fine. Good price and quick delivery. Comms need a bit of improvement but all good in the end.

Faultless service

Ordered two straps for my Fitbit Sense 2 watch. Unfortunately when they arrived, they did not fit my watch. I contacted Andy who immediately replaced the straps with an alternative at no extra cost to myself.Cannot fault the service and would have no hesitation in using the company again.

Fitbit straps ..

The Fitbit straps were the right colour chosen, I found out the Fitbit straps for 5 and 6 were the same! Communication from the company was very good

This is a scam

This is a scam, company haven'???t sent the goods despite sending a confirmation of delivery. They are not responding to any communication and I can not get a refund. Do not recommend using them

Choose your strap wisely

The 2 straps I purchased as advertised for my Inspire 2 could (with difficulty) be "fitted", but as soon as I tried to place on my hands, the spindles broke free and basically the strap separated from from the watch!The customer support were quick to offer me a full refund and I would advise buyers not to choose the cheapest options.The quality was poor. The pink rubber strap was stiff and didn't bend around the wrist nicely. The gold looking strap also had a rather cheap feel to it.
