Parcel always left in unsafe place!!

Delivery person keeps leaving my parcel in the bushes at my front door with no notification of where it is plus it is not a safe place. Very poor service!!!

Parcels missing but courier has marked as delivered, I witnessed him looking for parcel as I answered the door. He said he would do other deliveries then come back if he found them. He didn’t return but marked them as delivered utter disgrace

I have 2 little kids and just have…

I have 2 little kids and just have newborn baby. It is the first time in my life when some one ask me go down stairs to get my parcel. H&M stores uses Evri to delivery and they still go inside the building to delivery at least to my front door.The delivery man said he was asked not go inside delivery. Now still waiting another the package. Never buy it again.
