So after my order dumped in a unsecured location ! Company won't refund me ! Evri doing nothing! Absolute disgrace! No follow up no responce ! Absolute disgrace! Now got to get police report!

Parcel delivered to wrong address by driver- photo of our door showing address sign was sent to Evri, after investigation I was told to contact my supplier for refund. We used to have a lovely lady delivering from Evri she always found our house unfortunately she has now gone and the new driver dumps the parcels at any door

Sat on my parcel for 2 weeks then sent it back unprompted

Held my parcel for 2 weeks after collection from customs and made me chase up the sender to find out what happened. Apparently they said they were unable to deliver it to me so they returned to sender - at no point was the parcel marked as out for delivery or anything else. Its been sat at 'collected from customs' since June 9th. I was offered a refund from the seller but now that I have to pay scalper prices to replace the item that was lost, it's going to cost me big time. I also find it a bit sketchy that it only got updated to say it was being returned after I went through Passport Global to see where it was. Literally the same day.

Happy delivery man

Very pleasant and cheerful delivery man. So nice to see somebody happy in their work. Better than my usual delivery man.
