My original collection date was 19/6/25 no one came I email the response was to resolve it by Saturday morning today the 23rd driver came to collect but my parcel is to long for his car so emailed again asking for a van to pick it up the email responses are slow and u can’t actually speak to a person on the phone horrendous service extremely disappointing
Not receiving parcels it says delivered can’t speak to anyone it all started since the regular driver left got. Ew drivers and nothing is getting delivered even though they are posting parcels to a house next door number 3 bug can’t post number 2 shocking and even more no contact to speak to domeone
