My original collection date was 19/6/25 no one came I email the response was to resolve it by Saturday morning today the 23rd driver came to collect but my parcel is to long for his car so emailed again asking for a van to pick it up the email responses are slow and u can’t actually speak to a person on the phone horrendous service extremely disappointing
