Faulty product delivered/ no refund

Faulty product delivered: lights didn'???t work, nor music box. Returned for an exchange about ten days ago. No replacement delivered. Nothing heard from the Bradford Exchange. Will start process of raising a complaint tomorrow.

I have used Bradford before and ordering has been easy.

I have used Bradford before and, as previously, no problem ordering and paying. I responded to their advertisement in the Sun newspaper and it all worked well and I look forward to receiving the watch.
