Absolutely awful company, I ordered a remembrance ring from them in November 2024 , delivery is meant to be 6 to 8 weeks then when no sign of it by March 2025 I contacted them and they said it would be another 6 to 8 weeks, I wanted the ring so I said I would wait a bit longer, it got to the 23rd of May with still no sign so I ended up cancelling my order. I am very very disappointed, and there was no apology fir thier terrible customer service
My friend and I ordered one item from this company and ever since we've been bombarded with letters and phone calls pestering us to keep buying. They won't leave us alone and the items we bought were definitely not worth the money. We definitely wouldn't recommend this company.
