Disappointed

Because I live in France, I do not have a UK address and I was aware that you only deliver in UK, I ordered the Stealth Watch for delivery to a friend in UK, using my UK bank debit card.After nearly a month waiting, I contacted your online chat to ask where my order was. I was surprised to learn it had been cancelled immediately the order was received. This despite the fact I received a confirmation e-mail for my order. It transpires that you do not accept payments with a non-UK billing address. Why then do your systems not decline the order at source with the reason why it has been declined. And why was I not told the order had been cancelled?I have now ordered the watch in France and at a cheaper price. Thank you for saving me money!

I bought a very similar watch to this

I bought a very similar watch to this 14 years ago as a birthday for my husbands 50th birthday. It stopped working last year. So I am so pleased it was on sale again, as I have now bought this for my husbands 65th birthday next month.
