Because I live in France, I do not have a UK address and I was aware that you only deliver in UK, I ordered the Stealth Watch for delivery to a friend in UK, using my UK bank debit card.After nearly a month waiting, I contacted your online chat to ask where my order was. I was surprised to learn it had been cancelled immediately the order was received. This despite the fact I received a confirmation e-mail for my order. It transpires that you do not accept payments with a non-UK billing address. Why then do your systems not decline the order at source with the reason why it has been declined. And why was I not told the order had been cancelled?I have now ordered the watch in France and at a cheaper price. Thank you for saving me money!
