Phone system upgrade

This was an upgrade to my phone system, and having spent may years as an installation/ customer support engineer my philosophy is 'If it can go wrong it will'. In this case it didn't, due wholly to the support engineer - Ghaironesa Daniels 11/10 to her, all went very well. bOnline seem to have got the whole VOIP system well in hand

Very helpful and patient

Tattum was extremely helpful and patient in dealing with me. It took some time for me to realise that I needed a broadband connection to the phone. There was no pressure to get the broadband from bOnLine but she was able to make an offer to instal the broadband as well as the phone system that was much cheaper than getting the broadband separately. It did not feel like a hard sell. I did not appreciate a final additional offer which expired 12 hour later which we had to decline as we could not complete the deal in that period. However Tattum was very understanding and in the end the offer was renewed and completed at the end of the process. Thank you Tattum

Excellent customer support

I had a number of difficulties with a software update, that the staff (Shelmino) were really helpful with.They were attentive and flexible around my meetings being very punctual with call backs providing excellent support.
