The experience generally was very good, they took care of everything and when communicating with the team they were attenuative and reassuring, however had to ask for updates and the results of the hearing and the breakdown of costs. No feed back from bank just money deposited from ruling, so it was important as a client to understand the result. Made me feel like I was not part of the appeal process but an end product.
