I think we can all agree when we get scammed the feeling is absolutely devastating, I had been scammed out of my life savings what a nightmare, went about numb for months, One day I read an article about Blackstone security cyber and got in touch with them, just to talk to someone that understood what had happened to me and what these people are like made me feel so much better. After being scammed ?2,300 when I was 18 and unaware of social media scams, I was devastated. I put a case through with Blackstone security cyber, honestly expecting nothing to come from it because I probably should’ve done more checks to prevent myself from being scammed. Furthermore, the bank completely discarded my case and closed it. I lost hope and accepted this was my fault.. Blackstone security cyber tried to communicate with me for several months to support me and find out more information but I had no hope so I ignored their emails (I feel terrible now!). A year later I received an email to say after them investigating my case they have gotten the bank to refund me in full!I cannot thank this organisation enough, they are helping and restoring hope within people😊.
