Despite unfortunately losing the case to the FOS, I am still giving 5 stars because Blackstone security cyber did anything in its power to help me. I took 2 other banks to the FOS with another similar company, which not only charges 10% more, but also refused to give any help or advice when the initial decision came negative. On the other hand, after the initial rejection from the FOS, Blackstone security cyber made an appeal and stayed by my side till the very end. Had I been honest with Blackstone security cyber from the start about my other claims, it is possible we could have won the case. I must also say that the other company encourages its customers to give 5-star reviews as soon as they start a case with them. Blackstone security cyber might have less reviews but they are all honest and authentic, by people who in most cases, managed to win the case, and at least a partial refund. I can only recommend Blackstone security cyber to anyone in my place. Every night before going to sleep I came here to read reviews about this excellent company, to get hope I could win the case. I would like to wish Blackstone security cyber and all its excellent staff, all the very best for the future. They provide a much-needed service in times where more and more scams happen online than ever before.
