They went through the process with me and was honest on what they needed from me. They was honest to say that it could 12 months but we will get some of the loss back. They kept me informed and then bank did up half of the loss. Im eternally grateful to them as they new my mental health struggles. Its a shame the bank couldnt do the right thing in the first place.
