I used this platform on and off to convert my Usdc to my local currency and never had a problem with traders on the platform, however, most recently I used the 'pix' payment option here in brazil to make direct payments through a QR code with a venue without a trader but it seems that they don't process transactions after 8 pm or something which is not notified anywhere on the platform. Anyway, I had 3 pending transactions which I reported to customer support, it's been a week and they have yet to find a solution all they do is say it may take a while to provide a resolution, which I'm thinking they may even not return the money. If you absolutely have to use this platform be advised the fees are very high and just use the option with traders, never direct payment from airtm because if something goes wrong that money will be held indefinetly as their customer support is slow and ineffective.
