I was looking to invest a ?20,000 in a cash ISA and wanted to test their customer service dept to dicuss my options.Advertised telephone number is not working only contact available through their app. I didn't want to register, I wanted what is called CUSTOMER SERVICE before registering. Habe ein Smartphone im Zustand "Exzellent" bestellt, entsprechend hoch war der Preis. Echte Fotos von den Ger'?ten werden nicht gezeigt, nur Produktbilder vom Hersteller. Angeblich "Professionell gepr'?ft und gereinigt, keine Gebrauchsspuren sichtbar aus 30cm Entfernung".Das Ger'?t welches ich erhalten habe, entsprach absolut nicht der Beschreibung. Deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, kleine Kratzer und Macken '?berall. In einer Ecke schien das Display schon besch'?digt zu sein. Es war ein faltbares Smartphone, und das Scharnier knackte laut, so wie in den Tests wenn sie es anf'?llen mit Sand und Steinen. Sauber/geputzt war das Ger'?t au'?en auch nicht, es war voller schmieriger Abdr'?cke. Verpackung f'?r den Versand war auch einfach sch'?big.Sofort nach dem Auspacken habe ich refurbed angeschrieben und R'?ckerstattung verlangt. Zur'?ckgeschickt, und Best'?tigung bekommen, dass es angekommen ist: "Ihre R'?ckerstattung erhalten Sie normalerweise innerhalb von 14 Tagen.". Die n'?chsten 14 Tage war absolute Funkstille, keine Nachrichten, keine Mails, kein Ger'?t und kein Geld. Erst nachdem ich manuell "Hilfe von refurbed" angefragt hatte tat sich etwas und ich habe das Geld endlich erhalten.
