I am so disappointed in the service provided in Cardiff. My surgery was booked for this Thursday then I was contacted Monday late afternoon informing me I had to go to a last minute check up Wednesday afternoon and apologies for late notification. When I explained that I could only get there after 4pm due to work commitments they cancelled my surgery. I've organised my month around this, how can this be good customer service?
