When thinking about updating our will we contacted Legacy WillsThe response was quick and efficient The initial price was reasonable but we were not informed of any extra expenses depending on the extent and content of our will.It would have been nice to know about the options prior to the phone interview, so we could have had a chance to discuss and think about any extras we might need.We assumed wrongly that the price we paid was all we had to pay.We felt too that the company was a '???little'??? disappointed we didn'???t take up the extra cover which was over '? ?1000.We decided to stick to the basic will which came within the time stated and with which we are happy.
In the initial contact I was asked if I had any specific items to be bequeathed which I didn'???t. I think this made things more straightforward. In the actual appointment the young lady was very helpful and phonetically spelt all names to ensure she'???d heard details correctly. The whole process took around 45mins and was a pleasant experience . The young lady was very friendly but very thorough and professional. I have opted to use the storage facility also. Would recommend Legacy to friends. Good job done.
