If I could put '0' I would. They CLEARLY advertise will writing at '? ?19.99. It isn't. It is '? ?19.99 to talk to someone - a consultation. This money is not deducted from any actual Will or documentation. They just take your '? ?19.99 and are not bothered. It is incredibly difficult to speak to the same person and only the same person can deal with your enquiry, so continuity is utterly appauling when your designated person works part-time and no-one seems to know when that particular person is working again. DO NOT USE. THEY JUST DRIVE TRAFFIC TO THE WEBSITE, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T GIVE YOU THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PAID FOR.legacywills.co.uk "Get Your Will Written from Just '? ?19.99" - their own words. Con.When your part-time consultant Charlotte called me this morning, she clearly told me that '? ?19.99 is not for a basic will, it is for a consultation. It is a con. For the record, I terminated the call as she wouldn't listen and was not interested in what your website states. She then called me back, I told her very clearly, that you con people and I told her not to call me back. Please do no lie and try to make out that a call has been rescheduled, because no such conversation took place. I told her not to call me again. Your company really is embarrasing. Do not reply with yet another lie. Your website lies, your staff lie - I was told last week that they couldn't put me through to Charlotte as she is part-time and she doesn't know when she is back in work, and whoever you are has lied too. Perhaps you would be better informed if you listened to your own call recordings. I don't want my refund. I prefer to learn my lesson and go to a local firm whereby I can sit with them and receive the exact service that I am paying for.
