I only wanted an ETA for UK. I thought I was on the government website, until the bill came in. I had not realized this was an agency, until it was too late! The visa cost '? ?16 out of bill for '? ?89.70 Total rip off

You should have been informed upfront.

You should have been informed upfront that you needed a digital copy of your passport and a picture. I had to scramble to get it all together.I have rated higher if I was better informed before starting the process.
