Ridiculous experience

The most ridiculous experience I have ever had. I'm not quite sure how they could possibly have so many stars on trustpilot. I have been trying to get through to somebody to get help with the application for a Visa for Tanzania for hours. Transferred me to WhatsApp, where I got a bot. After the bot was unable to help, the message appears saying that they will transfer me to an agent immediately. Never happened. Awful experience. Truly awful.And now I am wondering if this is even a legitimate site. I have sent emails by responding to the email confirming receipt of my application, and they bounce back. I then tried sending an email to what is apparently their helpline, and got a response from their automated which promised to transfer me to a support agent right away. Guess what? Nothing. Is this a real site?

I was frustrated with problems with.

I was frustrated with problems with photos on the application, but staff was wonderful in helping me through it. I appreciated their help a LOT, and was able to get through without any major setbacks.
