Bought a replacement strap for a fitbit

Bought a replacement strap for a fitbit inspire received around the 15th/16th April and after a few days the strap started turning black, shouldn't do this. Emailed customer service and still not heard anything even sent photos to prove it. The strap is red so the black marks are really noticeable. Be careful when buying, this has been a complete waste of '? ?14.64

Straps are great, Brexit charge

For the 3rd time, I was charged a customs fee by An Post in Ireland. If would be great if you could update your website with the fees or label the parcel differently. Brexit still ruining things!
