Not good

I tried three times to arrange a collection of two parcels. I was emailed to say the collection would be late...twice. No collection. This third time there has been no collection and no explanation. I am too fed up to continue.

The delivery person didn't ring door…

The delivery person didn't ring door bell or knocked the door, he just left my parcel on the front door step. Anyone could have taken it as it was exposed in the busy road.

Evri delivery drivers are a shambles

The drivers just leave your packet anywhere without even trying to knock on the door or ring the bell. Very irritating.

The delivery driver has not delivered…

The delivery driver has not delivered the item correctly. Ordered to a nearby street number 10 if it wasn't for my quick reaction I would not even have the parcel. He/she didn't take time to firstly check the address and then make sure he/she are delivering to the correct address and person.Very disappointed.
