UPDATE. THERE IS ONLY AN AUTOMATED SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND THE BOT IS WORSE THAN USELESS ON THE HELP WEBSITE, DESPITE TRYING AGAIN. WHEN EVRI HAVE LOST A PARCEL, THE LEAST THEY CAN DO IS REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE WITH A PROPER CONTACT NUMBER. I sent a parcel with Evri to a parcel shop and this has gone astray. I cannot track it, the online chat can't help me and I can't speak to anyone at all. Apparently the parcel is being returned to me, but it has now been 3 weeks and nothing has happened.Our regular Evri delivery driver is great, but even he can't help on this one. All I want is to speak to a real person to find out what's happened. An absolute shambles of a company who only want your money.Overall very disappointed with Evri.
