Horrible experience

Having a horrible experience trying to withdraw funds, customer service did not diligently assure that instructions were clear. We have now sent almost 100k in '???fees and deposits'?? with no solution. In a position where at this point we fell scammed. Hopefully someone higher up sees this and tries to correct this situation.
