Quick delivery of order

Quick delivery of order. Unfortunately part of the order was damaged. Getting it replaced was easy enough. Getting to speak to a person is impossible. I needed to sort out a problem with the order but can only get a web chat which is not able to sort any problems out.

My item has not arrived yet, has this item is a bithday present I'm just disappointed how long its taking to be delivered if its not in stock I think it would have been nice to be told. Hi the day after my review I received my item and it is a good quality item thanks '???? regards William.

Hopefully arriving in the next 4 days

I placed my order on 18th April (Good Friday) and anticipated it probably would not be processed until Tuesday 22nd. What I also expected, which is standard practice these days, was an automated email confirmation of the order being placed, but nothing arrived. First contact was an email on 25th April to say the order was on its way and "should arrive within the next 7 days". Even given the Easter Weekend, this is later than I was expecting. Also this email did not contain my Order Number, which is something else I would have expected to see for an online transaction.

Very disappointed with amount owing. They charged me twice for postage.

My payments, proof by a copy of my bank statement if required, show my amount due was '? ?24.99, the invoice number 00075 says I owe '? ?34.97. I contacted your company and they are adamant I owe '? ?34.97. I can only assume they have charged me twice for post. The refused to see my bank statement. Because of this I have just ordered my very last item with them and I will remove them from saved. I have being purchasing items from them for many years and I am very disappointed with the outcome.
