Review Time
Today, unauthorised money was taken from my bank account today. I bought a coin and knowing how these type of places operate, told them I would pay by cheque. I have just posted cheque. I have no idea how, but they have already taken the money from my bank. I have not provided them with the details. I can only think I have ordered from them in the past, paid by card and they used those details.I have tried phoning 0333 003 3958, which is on the invoice as the number to phone. They will not answer your call unless you are buying or paying for something.Avoid!!!!!!
Item arrived broken ( not working) contacted customer services, no apology, nothing. There response send it back. I would never buy from this company again. This was a birthday gift, and I waited 11 days for an item that never worked.
It's been great using them, there was problems with the first order which took ages to sort out but once I explained I only use paypal to pay for my orders not a bank card all my orders have been sent, love all the items especially the bags.
placed order for a suprise birthday gift as delivery time was quoted 5-7 days waited past that as not had no notification of dispatch when contacted sevices only to be told it would 6-8 weeks realy bad service should have been told real delivery time up front at time of order
