The guys were really helpful

The guys were really helpful. They did explain me very clearly how is everything going to be, the prices, the contract, etc , making sure that I understand everything. Thandolwethu Khwethana provided excellent customer service and he was really helpful. I sincerely recommend this guys.

Very helpful pre-sales advice, helpful installation advice. On the day of getting it up and running very useful handholding from support. Now we have a nice phone working well.

Tattum was fantastic

Good reliable business line service

Good business line service. We stayed with BOnLine for over 2 years and had no problems until we decided to switch as we really needed a residential line. There were some issues after switching as BOnLine continued to demand monthly payments from us plus other charges which we reluctantly paid to stop them pestering us. This was eventually resolved by the intervention of complaints specialist Saadiqah Kada who was lovely to speak with and fully understood the problems we had been having. She raised the issue and arranged for our overpayments to be refunded. Saadiqah is a lovely lady and incredibly helpful. I would gladly give her 5 stars but deducted a point due to the earlier problems. Thank you Saadiqah!
