Good business line service. We stayed with BOnLine for over 2 years and had no problems until we decided to switch as we really needed a residential line. There were some issues after switching as BOnLine continued to demand monthly payments from us plus other charges which we reluctantly paid to stop them pestering us. This was eventually resolved by the intervention of complaints specialist Saadiqah Kada who was lovely to speak with and fully understood the problems we had been having. She raised the issue and arranged for our overpayments to be refunded. Saadiqah is a lovely lady and incredibly helpful. I would gladly give her 5 stars but deducted a point due to the earlier problems. Thank you Saadiqah!
