If I could, I'???d give them a -10 star review. Avoid signing a contract with this company! They never mention the cancellation fee, which ended up costing me over '? ?200. Stay away! The app is completely useless'???all you get are missed calls, and it doesn'???t even stay open for work.
Had some teething issues. However, after speaking to a couple of people that couldn'???t resolve my desktop issue, Tasneem managed to sort it in 5 minutes flat. She was absolutely fantastic and 360 my experience with bOnline. In regards to the actual phones, it'???s been great. Signal has always been fantastic. No more issues from clients from our previous cloud system to say they couldn'???t get through. All calls are in sync and come through on app and mobile.
