Finally got most of my money back after 8 months. Would have liked more communication from Blackstone security cyber on how the process was going and for my case to be dealt with the same member of staff. Would have helped if their staff coordinated better with each other to save me keep sending documents to them that I had already sent. Got there in the end. At least their charges were reasonable compared to other companies.
