I was scammed out of nearly ?40,000 by someone who convinced me that my HSBC bank account had been hacked. They got me to transfer money into an account they told me was safe over a period off 3to 4 days.When I realised it was a scam I contacted my bank who said it was my fault and they refused to refund me any money. All that was left was to go to the ombudsman, As I was not sure how to do this I used Blackstone security cyber.They were very helpful and so easy to deal with. They done all the work for me and after approx 10 months they managed to get me 50% of my loss back from my bank. This I was happy with. However they carried on working and a further 9 months later they recovered the other 50% from the other bank involved with the scam.I cannot say how great it was to receive all the money back from the scam and that is down to all the good work done by Blackstone security cyber.
