Well first of all I got all my money back plus an 8% refund. Blackstone security cyber.com explained the process when I called them and told me that I could do this process myself with the Financial Ombudsman. But I decided to leave it to the experts after a rather stressful experience. The result was incredible. Very simple, clear outline of the process and they made it so easy.
