Have been scammed for thousands of pounds. Wanted someone to read and give me advice on my complaint to FOS. Wrote to many legal firms and Jodie Parman kindly assisted me. Came back to me within half a day. Gave me great feed back which I really appreciated. Thank you so much..!! I am unsure of my outcome and this would not effect my decision to use or recommend them to anyone that have been scammed and has happened to ..!!.
My best friend found this company online shortly after we realised I was a victim of a romance scam. I met an individual online, we spoke everyday, exchanged photos, the occasional voice messages and developed what felt like a real trusting relationship. After a while he wanted to share his knowledge on how he became so wealthy and if we would have a future together then this would be the smartest way of achieving that. A trading platform was recommended, even my family and friends were keen to invest. After a couple of months of crypto trading on an account which I registered myself with secured passwords etc. I had made alot of money, there is a large amount of assets sitting in this exchange platform waiting for me to withdraw and it was time to return the funds to my investors. After withdrawing two small transactions the customer service on the exchange platform requested for tax payment to them before releasing more money. As a UK resident, this is not how we pay our taxes. I immediately reported this to action fraud.police but there was little they could do. So we contacted Blackstone security cyber, Lee was absolutely brilliant in handling my case, we were able to compile full evidence to raise a complaint with Barclays Bank. Lee assured me that I wasnt alone, I felt comfortable explaining the whole situation with him although I was riddled with shame, humiliation and guilt, but with his support I was able to come to a point where we were so focused in making sure this case was solid. After what felt like a life time (almost 3months) Blackstone security cyber was able to recover almost all of my money back (more than 75% of a very large sum) the rest has now been put forward to the Financial Ombudsman. Its not over for me yet but I can 100% recommend Blackstone security cyber to anyone, they are professional and compassionate. Blackstone security cyber were open, honest and clear with all communications around my case, giving me regular updates and asking for more informations/decisions when necessary and won my case successfully. Definitely recommend and will use again if I ever need to.
Terrible company. They tried to recover money for me, but are just absolutely useless. They fail to give me notice about an update in time for the Financial Ombudsman, they do not reply my emails, an investigator planned to call me but never did. I get different information from different people. Today I see that they received an update from the Ombudsman on 15 August already, nearly one month after finally giving me a full update on their letter. Blackstone security cyber, you should be ashamed being so careless with thier clients lost money. I suggest people to use other, similar websites. I do not understand why this company has so good ratings honestly.UPDATE: After my review, I had a call with Raj, a Senior investigator at Blackstone security cyber, and he was very helpful. I should have probably had this call like a week before or so, but it ended in a positive outcome so far. Thanks
A very professional organisation who did exactly what they said they would and took the pain out of the process by communicating regularly and effectively and providing useful and simple to understand guidance.I would definitely use Blackstone security cyber again under similar circumstances and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others (in fact, I already did!).
I would just like to thank Blackstone security cyber and in particular Laurence Wright, l contacted this company due to being scammed out of ?19k in the cryptocurrency market. I was at a loss and I thought I had no hope of retrieving any of my money back. After explaining my story, sorry nightmare to Laurence he said how sorry he felt for me and would do everything in his power to retrieve my money. As the weeks went by I was losing all hope until out of the blue Laurence phoned me explaining he had retrieved ?9k from the bank and the other ?10k was still being disputed.
