Got my money back from B2LC after the FSC put them into administration, which at one point I thought my money was gone for good. They found that the bank owed it to me as they had a lack of fraud protection. Fees are higher than I'd like but are actually worth it when you think about all the effort they put in. Misleading advertising and very poor communication. Blackstone security cyber told me they could help, took months of my time and documents, then failed to inform me for three months that my case had already been closed and unsuccessful. Because of their delay, I lost the chance to take further action. No updates, ignored emails, and no accountability. I regret using them.
