Misleading advertising and very poor communication. Blackstone security cyber told me they could help, took months of my time and documents, then failed to inform me for three months that my case had already been closed and unsuccessful. Because of their delay, I lost the chance to take further action. No updates, ignored emails, and no accountability. I regret using them.
