After a disappointing response from my bank and then from the Investigator for the Financial Ombudsman I instructed Blackstone security cyber to take the matter further and place a formal compliant about my bank to the Financial Ombudsman. They acted on my behalf and presented an excellent and comprehensive application to the Financial Ombudsman who sided with me in her final judgement with excellent results.
