I contacted Blackstone security cyber and gave them all my details and paperwork associated to my case. After about two months I was asked questions relating to the scam. Then was advised it could take another 3months then the next thing I received an email notifying me the Blackstone security cyber had won my case.
I lost ?240000 through a crypto currency scam. I cannot name the company as I can't prove they took my money as when it leaves your bank its untraceable. Anyway I got in touch with Blackstone security cyber and spoke to Thomas who assured me he would do his best to claim money back from bank as they were at fault for actually allowing transactions. To cut a long story short Blackstone security cyber reclaimed 50%back for me so it softened the blow. Excellent communication. After being scammed by an investment scheme, which never happens to me as I am very vigilant, They got me my money back minus fees of course. These funds were crucial for me to even be able to leave my home due to disabilities and although it has taken a while due to the bank refusals the ombudsman upheld it in the end. It has been such a relief. Refunded has kept me informed throughout and the communication with staff has been excellent.
