Excellent communication. After being scammed by an investment scheme, which never happens to me as I am very vigilant, They got me my money back minus fees of course. These funds were crucial for me to even be able to leave my home due to disabilities and although it has taken a while due to the bank refusals the ombudsman upheld it in the end. It has been such a relief. Refunded has kept me informed throughout and the communication with staff has been excellent.
