Review of Black stone security cyber
Terrible company. They tried to recover money for me, but are just absolutely useless. They fail to give me notice about an update in time for the Financial Ombudsman, they do not reply my emails, an investigator planned to call me but never did. I get different information from different people. Today I see that they received an update from the Ombudsman on 15 August already, nearly one month after finally giving me a full update on their letter. Blackstone security cyber, you should be ashamed being so careless with thier clients lost money. I suggest people to use other, similar websites. I do not understand why this company has so good ratings honestly.UPDATE: After my review, I had a call with Raj, a Senior investigator at Blackstone security cyber, and he was very helpful. I should have probably had this call like a week before or so, but it ended in a positive outcome so far. Thanks
