Review of Penhaligons
I ordered here for the first time and was truly impressed. The order was processed quickly and arrived within just a few days. Unfortunately, I had a small issue with one of the samples — it was empty. I contacted customer service about the problem, and shortly after, I received an email from Laila Y. She was very helpful and incredibly friendly and professional :) She made sure that a replacement sample was sent to me. Many thanks at this point for the quick assistance! I will definitely order from here again in the future!Update:Not even a week later and I’ve already received my replacement sample! Thanks again for the quick and straightforward support!
