Review of Domestika
I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. A few days ago, I purchased a small drawing course on Domestika for less than $1. I was excited to try the platform, but to my surprise, I was later charged $179 for a Domestika Plus membership — something I never intended to subscribe to.At no point did I knowingly activate a free trial or agree to a recurring plan. I truly believe this was a misunderstanding or system error. I reached out to customer support, hoping to clarify the situation and request a refund. However, I was told that subscription payments are non-refundable.I completely understand that companies have policies, but in this case, I genuinely did not authorize the charge. I am not interested in additional courses, and I only planned to access the single course I paid for.I still trust that Domestika is a responsible company, and I hope they can take a closer look at cases like mine. I would sincerely appreciate a resolution that reflects fairness and customer care. Thank you for taking the time to read my experience.
