Review of Comfrt
I bought a presale bundle at a better price in JAN 2025. I knew that I would wait and I was ok with that. The MISTAKE was not looking at their return policy. There IS NO RETURN POLICY. Only store credit, so whatever you do, Do Not Make a mistake on your order because trying to fix it is next to impossible.All I wanted to do was exchange the exact item in a different size. In the end, after weeks of waiting for ANY kind of real response I finally got hooked up with Caryl C. Polite enough. Prior to actually getting through to a live body, I would receive a auto response telling me that it would take 3-5 Days for someone to get back to me. It was weeks before I finally got Caryl to get back to me. I was supposed to have been issued a gift card REMEMBER no returns for money. The hoodie that I bought in the bundle was $32 and change. When Caryl finally got a gift card to me, not only was I going to spend the $32 but and ADDITIONAL $38 bucks PLUS Shipping and TAX that I had already paid. I asked for an explanation of why I was going to pay twice for just a size difference. Caryl did not address this, nothing forth coming at all, crickets. I suggested that when I am treated like this, I usually get dinner and a kiss. More crickets. When I suggested to Caryl that my cart was still open and that I really wanted an explanation of how they expected to stay in business treating people like this. She came back with some very slick circular BS that I couldn't make sense of.I have been a business owner for a long time, CEO of 5 different companies in my lifetime and now at 73 I'm finally retired. I'd had enough of Caryl, of Comfrt and their horrible business practices. I told Caryl that they could go ahead and steal the $32 bucks from me with a promise that I would leave repeated reviews of SUPREME FAILURE at customer service being the ONLY thing that COMFRT is really amazingly fantastic at. BUYER BEWARE. I have all the stall emails, and the circular BS that Caryl is really adept at.
