I decided to use optical express to take care of my cataract in my left eye !So I made the appointment at Darlington shop where they gave me a full examination in preparation for the operation excellent service by the Darlington team !! I was appointed to the Newcastle operation for the procedure a few weeks later again what an amazing team they have very professional and caring for my individual needs. Due to an unexpected issue they were unable to proceed on the day! But the care and attention did not stop and even after a couple of weeks they are contacting me to make sure I am fine and offering any assistance I may require so 10/10 and thank you all very much
