Review of Luhxe
Ordered the bag Nov 24, 2024 and was wanting to use it for 3 upcoming trips I had: 12/8/24, 1/2/25 & 1/19/25.A couple weeks after ordering I reached out for an ETA on delivery. I got some email back that was uber polite but gave me nothing. Basically, I started feeling like I was getting the total run around and like I was being strung along long enough to where I could no longer file a dispute with my credit card. 2 weeks ago, I filed the complaint with my Cap One card, and within a week I got this sappy email from Luxe saying they were so concerned that my bag was taking too long to get to me, so they canceled it. Huh? I finally got a way to track it and it showed it was in the US - but it seemed super scammy. They didn't cancel it until I filed the complaint with my credit card. I did get all of my money back, thankfully.
