Review of Better
The overall service there is horrible. They have no respect for customers time and membership. They cancel last minute saying that we double booked and they will always cancel the membership booking because they are greedy and alwats looking to make money. I have been doublw booked thrice.Also i have asked to pay non attendance fee even when my session got cancelled because of double booking and the cistoner service number ia totally useless as they do not have any rights in the system to help the customer even if theyvare in the wrong like charging unfare non attendance.
