Review of Comfrt
Very frustrating customer service twice I have ordered hoodies through their website. The first time I ordered an extra large and they sent me a large so I paid $11 to ship it back then re-ordered the extra large hoodie and in the order confirmation it said I ordered an extra small dark gray hoodie, which was not at all what I ordered when I contacted them. They said there was nothing they could do about it so now I have to re-ship the wrong sweatshirt back to re-order hopefully the right sweatshirt this time so basically there was no customer service at all.
