Positiv: das bestellte Ger'?t ist (im 2. Anlauf) perfekt.Negativ: bei einer professionellen Firma kann man erwarten, dass, wenn man ein Ger'?t mit neuem Akku bestellt, dieses auch getestet wurde. Der Akku wurde vom Ger'?t nicht erkannt ... also keine KEINE Pr'?fung!Dann bat ich beim Umtausch zu beachten, dass nicht vor einem bestimmten Datum geliefert wird, da ich nicht da bin. Das wurde vollst'?ndig ignoriert und es war nur einem Zufall zu verdanken, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein Nachbar den Briefkasten leerte!!!Au'?erdem fehlte beim Austauschger'?t das Ladekabel, das ich nat'?rlich beim ersten Ger'?t mit zur'?ck gesandt hatte!Alles in allen ... nicht die Professionalit'?t die mir in einem TV-Beitrag vorgegaukelt wurde!
